Digital products are delivered electronically. After a successful payment, customers will receive immediate access to download their purchased files.

No physical shipment is required for digital products.

3. Physical Products

For physical products such as tools or accessories, orders are shipped using available delivery services depending on the destination.

Estimated delivery times:

Lebanon: 2–5 business days
International orders: 7–15 business days depending on the destination and shipping provider.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the delivery location and the size or weight of the order.

Customers will see the total shipping cost before completing the purchase.

5. Order Tracking

When available, customers may receive a tracking number after the order has been shipped. Tracking information will allow customers to monitor the delivery status of their package.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

ToolNmore is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
